Event production for companies

Northern lights, on schedule.

An aurora is the one event nobody can plan. We plan everything else: conferences, kick-offs and customer events people still talk about in spring.

What we do

Events for companies, produced end to end.

Four kinds of event we run most often. Each has a fixed way of working and a named person who owns it.

Conferences

Programme, venue, production and guest flow for company conferences from 80 to 800 people.

Kick-offs

Sales and company kick-offs that set direction and give teams a shared story for the year.

Customer events

Evenings and days that bring customers and partners closer to your company.

Staff parties

Winter parties, anniversaries and celebrations where the whole company can relax together.

Who you will work with

I want people to leave a company event talking about each other, not about the venue.

How it works

From enquiry to event in four steps.

  1. Enquiry

You send a short brief. We reply within one working day with questions and a first idea.

  2. Concept and quote

A call, a concept and a fixed quote, so you know what the event is and what it costs.

  3. Production

We book, build and rehearse. You get one contact and one plan, with approvals where you want them.

  4. Event and follow-up

We run the day on site, then send photos, numbers and what we would do next time.

Our own events

Come and see the work for yourself.

A few times a year we host an evening for clients and partners. It is the quickest way to see how we work.
